TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KINANCE PLATFORM

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "CLOUD AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS" Ltd., UIC 203094836, with registered office and management address: Bulgaria, Sofia, Izgrev District, 131, 1B, floor 5 ("Company", "we", "us") and users of the Kinance platform ("Platform").

1.2. By registering on the Platform, the user declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Platform provides software solutions and services for financial and business process management.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

2.1. To use the Platform's services, the user must create an account by providing true, current, and complete information.

2.2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

2.3. The user agrees to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of their account.

3. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1. The user has the right to:
- Use the Platform's functionalities according to the selected plan;
- Receive technical support;
- Receive software updates.

3.2. The user undertakes to:
- Not use the Platform for illegal purposes;
- Not violate intellectual property rights;
- Not take actions that may harm the normal functioning of the Platform.

4. COMPANY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The Company undertakes to:
- Provide access to the Platform 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance periods;
- Protect users' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation;
- Provide technical support.

4.2. The Company has the right to:
- Modify the Platform's functionalities;
- Terminate access in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Update the Terms and Conditions with prior notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All intellectual property rights to the Platform belong to the Company.

5.2. When purchasing a package, users receive the right to download and use the provided code to create applications. They own the created code but do not have the right to resell it.

6. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

6.1. Service prices are listed on the Platform's website.

6.2. Payments are processed through the Stripe system.

6.3. The Company offers a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

7.1. The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian legislation.

7.2. We collect the following data: name, email address, and payment information.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. The Company is not liable for:
- Losses arising from improper use of the Platform;
- Service interruptions due to force majeure circumstances;
- Data loss caused by the user.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law.

9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if not possible - by the competent Bulgarian court.

10. AMENDMENTS

10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.

10.2. Users will be notified of changes via email.
